I am writing this on my First Anniversary. I honestly can not believe a year has gone by so fast. I reached my goal weight of 184 lbs at 10 months post-op (I am 6 feet tall). My life has changed in ways I couldn't imagine. I had not realized how disconnected from the world I was. I can home from work and laid on my bed or coach. Now am active and full of life.

I am so thankful to Dr Husted and for the VSG. It has changed me so profoundly I can not adequetly discribe it. I'm looking forward to a long healthy life!
