We all must come to the crossroads on our journey through life and make a choice as to how we choose to live the rest of our life. Do you choose obesity and all of what that lifestyle has to offer? Or, do we choose to take responsibility for ourselves and make drastic changes in our lifestyle that will change us forever? I chose to take responsibility for myself and to take my life back that had been robbed from me for many years due to obesity. I owed that much to my God, family and myself.

If you are reading this and contemplating weight loss surgery (WLS) make sure you do your research. The general public is saturated with so much information about WLS that it becomes very confusing. Be careful and make sure you are consulting with a team of doctors that have made WLS their only specialty as with the team here at CCFOS. Ask questions about after care, because the surgery is just a small part of the life changing process. Remember that this is not the easy way to lose weight. You must be prepared to make permanent lifestyle changes and CCFOS will be there for you.

As for the rest of you who are reading my testimonial and especially for those who have given me so much information and encouragement before and after my surgery, I wish to thank each and every one of you. You are the best bunch of Losers I have ever met.
